We are a licensed residential agency providing community supports to people with intellectual disabilities. All of our single-family houses are located in Clarion County with easy access to Allegheny National Park, various state parks, Clarion University of Pennsylvania, and everything else you would find in a progressive rural town.

 We offer unique supports focused on the consumer, not the disability. At Person First we live up to our name by understanding that each individual has needs as unique as they are. We are constantly striving not only to meet their expectations, but to exceed them. Individuals are empowered to create their everyday life. If an individual chooses to enjoy a day of fishing at one of the many streams our staff accompanies them and provides necessary support for their choice of activity. We are one of a kind in providing staff with the Weight Watchers at Work © program so they are knowledgeable of how the system works. This will provide them with the skills and knowledge so they can support the consumers to make healthy food choices. Our homes are furnished and equipped with all of the comforts you would find in your own homes and are licensed by yearly state inspections.
